what is a conscious channeler?
Becoming a Conscious Channeler means developing the ability to intentionally connect with higher realms of consciousness, spiritual guides, or universal wisdom while remaining fully aware and present.
Becoming a Conscious Channeler is like tuning your inner radio to the frequency of higher wisdom. Conscious Channeling is about co-creating an experience. It’s a mix of intuition, deep stillness, and energetic fine-tuning, like learning to surf cosmic waves with skill and trust.
The more you practice, the clearer the messages get, and the easier it becomes to tell what’s true guidance versus mental noise. At its heart, conscious channeling is about expanding your awareness, strengthening your connection to the unseen, and bringing through insights that serve both you and the world in a meaningful way.
Jenn Howard has been consciously channeling mentor, Vishu, for many years. By establishing and cultivating a working bond with Vishu in service to the self-actualization of humanity, Jenn has been given access to many higher dimensional fields of healing and activation.

Anyone can become a Conscious Channeler. Everyone has ESP abilities (extra sensory perceptions). And it is actually quite simple to access and grow your META-physical Gifts. Everyone has a Spirit Team, and once introductions are made, it is quite easy to stay connected with them throughout your life experience for support, guidance and play.
And have no fear, you need not have any prior experience to enjoy this course!
With what you learn in this course, you can certainly choose to mobilize your new wisdoms to become a facilitator of energy medicine, spiritual mentoring, or through any modality that synthesizes with your innate Gifts. However, you may also choose to simply embody your new awareness to live a deeper, more profound life, enriching your relationships, your creativity and the way in which you move through your daily life.
Ultimately, I have curated this course to entice the seekers, the mystics, and the healers who crave a direct experience of higher consciousness, expanded perception, and energetic mastery.

What to Expect
The Art of UNITY, META Apprenticeship: Becoming a Conscious Channeler
is an immersive 3-month journey into deep self-discovery, metaphysical awareness, and energetic mastery. This experience is designed to help you unlock your innate abilities, attune to higher consciousness, and develop practical skills in energy medicine, trance states, and conscious channeling.
Through a blend of in-person and virtual sessions, you’ll receive direct guidance, three powerful attunements in UNITY Energy Medicine, and a structured yet deeply intuitive approach to learning.
Each week, you’ll engage in hands-on exercises, meditative practices, and explorations of Universal Laws, extrasensory perception (ESP), and the subtle energy body. Expect a balance of stillness, introspection, and experiential work—all designed to help you expand beyond the physical and access multidimensional wisdom.
Throughout this course, you’ll also gain access to a supportive community, including monthly UNITY Collective gatherings where you can deepen your connection with fellow META-physically-minded community members.

To be META is to expand beyond limitation, to step into the infinite wisdom of existence, and to reclaim the truth of who we are: beings of energy, spirit, and cosmic intelligence.
Let's break this down...
This course is equal parts experiential and instructional, designed to bridge knowledge with direct, embodied practice. Together, we will hone our extrasensory perception (ESP) abilities, not just as concepts but as integral parts of our daily lives. You will actively practice on each other, fine-tuning your gifts through guided exercises and real-time feedback.
We will explore and taste-test various trance methods to discover what best aligns with your unique energy. By working with sound frequencies, breathwork, and other techniques, we will access theta brainwave states, the key to unlocking deep intuition and multidimensional awareness. Our journey will also take us through the realms of sacred geometry and the unfolding intergalactic being disclosures happening on Earth today.
Throughout the program, you will receive attunements to the UNITY Energy Medicine frequency and other matrix activations, amplifying your ability to work with energy fields. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of chakras, meridians (nadis), and the auric field, along with practical exercises to strengthen and maintain energetic health. We will touch on Intuitive Medicine, exploring how disease manifests in the body and how to energetically address it.
You will also learn how to locate and connect with your personal energy source, grounding deeply for sustainable energetic practices. We will cultivate and refine our communication with higher-dimensional beings, including spirit guides, master healers, ascended masters, angels, and archangels.
Ultimately, this course is about decoding the matrix—understanding it at a profound level so that while we seek to transcend its limitations, we remain anchored in gratitude for our lived experience. This is a path of both expansion and embodiment, where the metaphysical and the terrestrial meet, and where you step fully into your role as a conscious, sovereign being.

Finding Stillness

Establishing our connection with, what Gaia Heals' calls our "Healing Place".
Month 2
Deepening Connection to Soul Self
Methods for anchoring into our unique metaphysical nature and our ESPs (extra-sensory perceptions).
Practice "swimming in the dreamless lake" to fully DRAW-IN our POWER.
Month 3
Growing our Connection Outside of the Soul Self
Entering the inter-dimensional realms and actively participating in the reality beyond the 3D.
Establishing a working bond with our Spirit Team.
